The USA plans Bipartisan Bill with climate change initiatives

After the previous bill with climate change initiatives in it failed to pass at the Senate, Congressmen are working on a new one with more palatable climate change initiatives.

  • Increase in USA energy independence
  • Tax incentives for clean-energy production, including carbon capture and reduction in incentives as emissions decrease
  • 13%-22% estimated reduction of emissions
