Despite significant economic headwinds, the green jobs industry is booming, according to the most recent Green Jobs Barometer research from global consulting powerhouse PwC. According to their calculations, 2.2% of all new jobs are classified as “green,” with this growth rate being around four times faster than the general UK employment market.
